Most of my clients are retired, and I’m close to the age where most folks do retire. I’m not most folks, though. Given my age, I have found that clients want to discuss more than just their accounts. They want to talk about their children, grandchildren, bad knees, prostatectomies and hip replacements. I can discuss all of those things, and it sure makes for close relationships. I’m pretty sure, though, I didn’t have the surgeries for client relations purposes. This is a very personal business, though, and Frontier is very good at it. Very good.
