Eric Reid serves as a director for Frontier Investments in the San Antonio office. He brings over 20 years of experience to the firm. Prior to joining Frontier in 2019, Eric worked at Merrill Lynch in several management roles covering San Antonio, Houston and South Texas. His focus is growing Frontier in South Texas by helping clients find answers to their financial questions.
Eric is a firm believer in education and teaches finance, management and personal financial planning courses at The University of the Incarnate Word. He has obtained the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, CHARTERED RETIREMENT PLANNING COUNSELOR™ and CHARTERED RETIREMENT PLANNING SPECIALIST™ designations. Eric has earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, Master of Business Administration in Finance, and Doctor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Leadership. Eric’s research interests include financial systems in society and financial/technology adoption.
Eric is married to his wife, Lisa, with two sons, Dillon and Logan. As a family, they are very active at Mission City Church. Eric enjoys golf and working out, being a husband and dad, and serving his community.
