Jennifer Smith-Frazier serves as director of business development at Frontier Investment in the Houston office. She brings 18 years of wealth management experience to the firm. Prior to joining Frontier Investment in 2014, Jennifer worked as managing director at Fidelity Investments where she helped individuals, trusts and institutions navigate the ins and outs of wealth management. She received numerous awards and recognition including Fidelity’s most coveted award, President’s Circle. She was also managing director at OPEX Capital, where she led all business development efforts for their alternative investment. She was introduced to the importance of financial planning at a very young age after suddenly losing her mother that had no plan and no directives in place. Jennifer is passionate about taking on the heavy lifting of investment management and financial planning so her clients can focus on what really matters in life. She also leads an initiative called The Frontier Woman, where her mission is to connect with each woman and provide her with the support and resources she needs to make positive financial decisions now and in the future.

Outside of the office, Jennifer is equally as passionate about serving her community. She is actively involved in her church where she helps lead the student ministry and is involved in numerous other charitable and community organizations around Houston. In the past, she has served in various board positions advocating for animal rescue and mental health. She studied Business Administration at The University of North Texas and is currently studying for her Certified Financial Planning Designation.
